I am a single working mom of a beautiful 5 year old. I, like everyone else, is struggling to make ends meet.  I finally finished my college degree but am having a difficult time gaining employment in my field. (psychology.) I basically live paycheck to paycheck and hope and pray that my car doesn't break down or the check I wrote does not bounce.  It is not a fun way to live. I am greatful that I have what I have. A Job. A roof over our heads, food on the table, clothes on our backs. I have come from a much worse situation a few years ago to where I am now and the difference is like night and day. I am a very proud person and have a hard time asking for help but it is getting to the point were I am going to have to. Does anyone have any advice, suggestions, or possibly donations?  Anything is greatly appricated.  Sometimes when you are so close to a situation you can't see things clearly. Sometimes you need someone to point you in the right direction. Sometimes you just need someone to listen and understand. I am good at giving advice to others but not taking it myself.   If there is someone who has been where I am now and was able to rise above it can you please tell me how its done?

To homever reads this, Thank you! My mother is in desperate need of help and i'm in no possition to do so. I'm a part time student a full time mom and I'am working full time to support my own family. My mother can not afford insurance and she has a cyste on her overies for going on 3 years now that will never go away except to have a full historectomy. Please anything will help. We have tryed getting medicade but they turned us down. They claim that she has to many assisats but all she has is a house and a car that is not paid for. Please my mother lives in pain everyday and I can not stand to see her this way anymore. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.

I am in desperate need of dental work. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment in Gainesville FL after 6 months of waiting, only to find that they scheduled me for the wrong department. *sighs*  Unfortunately the single mother lifestyle has left my needs at the bottom of the list. There's always something, or someone (2  children) more important than my own needs. I am in search of a dentist who understands that a smile is worth a thousand words. I want to smile as much as I FEEL. I am an extremely happy person, who shys away from laughter only to keep my mouth shut.

My largest concerns: TOP TEETH- a cavity that has formed between my top incisors. (Right central, and lateral?) is causing my front tooth to darken through to the front. :( My first molar is broken away completely, root still intact, and oh so painful! I have many many issues, but those are the ones that are hurting my confidence. I have at least 3 other broken/root exposed molars. I live on Ibuprofen. I suffer from migraines, sore throat, ear, jaw and gum pain. Especially when the pain flares.

 My crooked teeth (2) on the bottom used to be my worry, but crooked is much better than decaying.

I am not looking for a freebie. I am willing to barter my time for yours. I have many skills. If you're a local dentist (Ocala, FL or surrounding area) I possess excellent customer service/receptionist skills, and could work at a lesser cost to you providing you assist with my dental needs.
